Too much of our sales process depended on what I could hold in my head. We had tools, but keeping the work organized and documented was still a challenge.
I started experimenting with AI and automation. Now, automation reviews CRM activity, prepares individual call sheets, and handles routine record cleanup. Each morning, I share the sheets with our team. Reps own the calls, conversations, and recording the outcomes.
The workflow is documented in a process map showing the steps and tools involved. As we improve the system, we update the documentation.
I have better visibility into priority work, and our team has a clearer process to follow, with less need for me to chase the administrative details.
